Mitchell's fibre Zone 1

I have been without internet since the 7th of November, today is the 20th... In a nut shell the customer service sucks , they are ***********. They place me on hold for more than 30 min. This force me to drop the line and when I called back the call center has already closed. This happened on multiple occasions. I recently bought me a PS4 which defeats the purpose of me buying one coz I have no internet. Me being a technical support agent myself for iiNet know for a fact that the fault is on their side. They adv that it's a no lock in contract however when I wanted to move to a new provider that will actually fix my problem, they advised that I will have to pay a cancellation fee of R999. I have to stay with them for 6 months. Once my 6 months have completed I will definitely be moving ISP to mweb . I have always referred people to use afrihost as their ISP . One thing for sure, I'll be advising all to change ISP ASAP
