Missing Sim card | Delivered to no one

When you recommend Afrihost to people and convince them of the service provided being good and having received worst service than received from other ISP's it is saddening.

On the 26 Oct I placed a order for a Pure LTE sim card for the uncapped data. With this I have already been charged PRO RATA for WHAT ??

On the 29th I was underground and knowing I would receive multiple parcels I gave my phone to my manager to assist couriers if needed. Getting back from the mines I was advised by my manager that courier phoned and told her the address is does not exist even though I have a running Telkom LTE sim card that was delivered to the same address in 2023.

On the 1st Nov I send a Whatsapp and was assisted by Bonginkosi M , I was told to wait till 10H50

I requested a callback Tuesday from Afrihost and was called by a lady and I explained to her how long I have been waiting and the same said as in this review. She told me that she sorted everything and I have too be honest I received a response from the courier a bit later.

Yesterday 06/11 I received a SMS that my parcel was out for delivery by CourierIt by Nkosinathi Matthews. at 17:10 I received a SMS that my parcel was delivered. WHERE ??? If I don't have a copy of my ID and proof of residence with me you will not even attempt to give me the sim card??? Who received my parcel and with what?

Today 07/11 I used Afrihost's Whatsapp to speak to Lesley M where I told him I want the Complaints Department details nothing less... He tried assisting me after I told him what has happend. Then he tells me to phone the Courier and make sure to ask the people at my complex if they did not receive the parcel for me.. ??????? If I don't have my ID or proof of residence with me you will not for a hell of it give me my sim card so who accepted the parcel.

Lesley M failed to assist me telling me I should phone CourierIt and I told him that this is not my work to do there work.

I want my Sim card on Monday 11/11/24 as tomorrow 8/11 I will be at a sales meeting unable to receive parcels. Failure to do so I will cancel my contract with Afrihost and take them to the Newspapers.

I am willing to share all my communication I have available with you and the Voice recordings you should have on your side.
