Missed Interview Because of Connection Issues After Payment of Account

I have been without access to WIFI for close to a week. I made payment on Thursday 16 January 2025, but my connection is still suspended. I've spoken to 5 consultants since Thursday but none of them were able to reconnect me. I'm unemployed and actively seeking employment and this matter has resulted in me missing interviews and opportunities to get a remote work to feed my family. This has been dragging for far too long.
