Misleading special offer

Afrihost are offering a 3 Month free package on fixed wireless LTE. They have a graphic on the promotions page which states "Get 3 months free". There is no small print asterisk. Meaning from this visual you get, there is no catch. Or so they lead you to believe.

On querying this with them, and after waiting for a week for a response (another issue entirely) they are quick to point out the fine print. Now as far as I know, if they make a claim in a graphic without indication of any exclusions / fine print it is safe to take the promotional graphic at face value.

They are clearly intending to deceive here. One may think this is something they overlooked, but if you think about it some more, this is a clear manipulation. They have left the asterisk out knowing they can capture customers then weasel out of the deal by sending them the small print in an email.
