Misleading marketing of fiber installation and bad service

Warning to people considering Afrihost's offer for fiber installation. The email sent from their CEO's email offering Free Setup for your Fibre up to R4,000 which includes setup, migration and wifi router costs. Click a link to check availability and then if you scroll down there is the fine print for the installation which they state is free from Afrihost, but R1700 charged by Vumatel. The red button with "only pay on installation" is another sweet tactic...

Then prepare to receive an account for R3200 when the fiber is installed with no specifications of how this amount is made up.

I think their marketing is dubious and misleading.

To top it off. The installation took place on the 12th of September 2017 already and after almost 9 support tickets, here we are more than two weeks later with no reply or response to resolve any of the queries on the account.

What is going on with Afrihost? With so many ISP players in the market you cannot afford to give such bad service.
