Misleading and Incorrect Information.....

I spoke to your one of consultant and told him that i need a Pure Fibre 25Mbps+ , which is R517.00 per month, because of the bad and horrible service that I received from @Metrofibre, he recommended a Max Support, I was never informed that there will be extra charged for THIS! and the Charges will be for every month....... Nobody informed me that I will be be paying this amount monthly . .... And I asked him will there be extra charges, will I be spending more than R599.00 every month , and the answer was NO!

Now I am being charged R864.99 ??? and now the line is not active , your people are saying that my account is suspended? . Please change this package if not please cancel this deal all together

I thought Afrihost will be better, I guess I was wrong, and its only been a month??????
