Migration takes too long
Too long time to get a fibre migration done and connection activated despite me writing in the notes on my order that its a Vumatel migration with F san number etc. That Afrihost has to book my Vumatel line . They didn't do that. They requested I do it on 26 September. Vumatel confirmed that the line is installed and available immediately and activation depends on Afrihost. Next Afrihost says wait 24 hours. Since the 27th Afrihost says that they can't give a date for activation. Very poor service shown.

30 Sept 2019, 13:11I app**** on 19th September and initially I was told connection is 3-7 days. Its now 30th September.
