Migration Afrihost

Really disappointed in the service of Afrihost and its customer service. firstly I am looking to change the network from cellc to mtn as i found out that cell c is no longer associated with afrihost.

After getting through to customer service and sales they mentioned they can migrate me to the mtn package as it makes sense to do that, however thereafter i was told that migration are only for those individuals that have 100 gig and above package.

I find this totally ridiculous, because because i have a smaller package i have to pay R999 for the "new" modem to accommodate the mtn sim. I mentioned that this is ridiculous as my currrent modem is only a year old and now i have pay R1000 for the modem?

I will be cancelling the service if this cannot be resolved and as the agents told me that there is nothing they can do even though i am a loyal paying customer.
