Migrating fibre to Afrihost disaster in Parkview

I decided to migrate fibre from Vox to Afrihost in Parkview - Kilkenny rd 24. Arranged 3 weeks before end July but Afrihost said Vox must first "release line". Vox I had on "month to month" basis with them. The 31 August arrived and no internet so contacted Afrihost. Since then just one nightmare with Afrihost blaming Frogfoot but simply speaking never giving feedback and I am now already 13 days without internet. Very little to do - I have all equipment and since Frogfoot does both Vox and Afrihost it seems insane that this is taking so long! The utter lack of feedback or transparency is the worst. If they are #2 I dread to think what SA fibre service are like! Noticed that there's numerous complaints along similar line and seems Afrihost doesn't respond to HelloPeter complaints (likely will need 10 employees dedicated to that) so not hoping for much. Just be warned - migrating is a nightmare! Currently running of Rain LTE which give great connectivity but this has about 15 sec interruptions every 10 minutes or so which is disastrous for online meetings but that's another story

Vox charging me around R1400 for uncapped 100 Mb/s down and 50 Mb/s up - actually got about 50 down and 6 up and complained over a 4 year period and discovered my "setting" was actually 100/10? Decided to migrate to a "well rated" provider. Afrihost rated #2 by mybroadband and offered a 500Mb/s uncapped symmetrical service for same price.
