I recently bought their SIM card online ,they took a month and weeks to get to me ,I had to beg and beg their agents everyday on WhatsApp while gave excuses and excuses .this company is very useless and *********** they don't deserve to be operating at all .so now the very same SIM card that I begged for is not working and guess what I have to beg them again to fix it while I paid ,you will call and text and will never be assisted
