They have suspended my account today. Reason : they cannot marry my new bank card (with the same bank account) to my account. So the monthly instalment declined. There's sufficient funds in the account. Instead of them asking me to pay via eft into their account while they try to sort out their internal issues, they rather suspend my account! ***???? I've spend 3.5 hours today trying to sort this out but each person on the other side of the line was absolutely useless. Everyone freaking apologises fro the inconvenience. Stop apologising and resolve, your freaking *****S
