Manager unable to call back, disgusting service!

I have sent multiple mails requesting a call back the manager Warren Lawrence, I can see it was received and even opened. I am absolutely disgusted in the service being received from Afrihost and would highly appreciate assistance on a matter that your call centre says are unable to assist with, what is the point of being a manager if you cannot communicate and contact the client back even when I’ve been referred to speak to you from your call centre agent.
