Makes no sense!

Damn. My payment details are not saved. Websites are down despite showing as active on my clientzone. They used to be so good. Now live chat isn't working as well as whatsapp support. I'm worried about my payment details. All went off with no issue for years now the details are missing and sites are down. WTH Afrihost???
