While Frogfoot was once reliable, their service has steadily declined, with continuous problems from one day to the next. This is incredibly disappointing and far below the standard I expect as your customer.

What is Afrihost doing to address these ongoing issues with Frogfoot Fibre? As our service provider, I would expect you to take an active role in ensuring that your customers receive the quality of service promised.
