Lying on internet speeds

I been paying for 50mps internet speed, however my speeds are just below 10mps. I have contacted Afrihost and still they not assisting me, told me they don't throttle. I have sent them screenshots of the speeds and they ignoring me, I am jumping ship at the end of this month as they can't hide behind a damaged under sea cable anymore.
