Lying call centre and courier company

Good day,

I have a order a router with afrihost on the 12th of this month and they promised it will be delivered within 3-7 working days and till today they keep telling me that my order is with the courier and when i call the courier they tell me they have only the sim and when i call again they tell me they have the router only, it seems like someone or all of them they are lying as their stories keep changing. Very poor service is what i am getting and would not recommend anyone to go through such Bull.
