Ludicrous waiting times

I'm so done with trying to get them to sort out my connectivity issues. And trying to get gold of them is almost impossible. 26 HOURS and still waiting for my call back. 17 hiurs for a WhatsApp chat. I soent 57 minutes on the phone to their call center. And the agent was pretty impatient with me. I'm ready to leave this company and take my business elsewhere.
