LTE upfront Fee.

I cannot understand why the fixed LTE packages should be paid for unfront especially for the Sim only deals. Most cellphone providers or in fact all only charges you after you have use the airtime or date. My cousin and myself have lived in a area where there is Fibre. Due to unforseen reason we had to move to a place with no Fibre as it is a complex but the whole street has Fibre ( still not a valid reason, but let's focus on my actual complaint) we then go on the Afrihost websit to find out an alternative as we do need internet connection daily, just to find out that the LTE packages you need to pay a upfront fee in order to receive the service.
