LTE ROUTER DAY DEAL DAY LIGHT *******

I am really disappointed how the rights of consumers are exploited by companies suce as Afrihost and Cell C. I took out a fixed LTE router with Afrihost and the data provider is Cell C, and for me to return and cancel the contract I have to pay R999. The question I have is what happened to cooling off period. I have another LTE router in the house which works perfectly, hence I selected " I know i have coverage" when signing up for this deal. I believe that having to pay R999 for a router that I can't even use is total day light ******* and I am returning it within 7 days of receiving it.
