LTE Router and Sim Card not Activated. Afrihost and RAIN partnership.

I have been back and forth with AFRIHOST.com. To say I'm furious is probably being kind to them. I'm hopping mad quite frankly. I received my LTE router and sim card (double data package) on the 27th November 2017, it's now the 23rd December 2017 and this package has still not been activated. It seems like no one really gives a damn. Is this going to be resolved or not? If some one can just give me a direct answer I would appreciate it. This has been escalated to your critical care team (not sure if I should laugh or cry about that) Thank God this is not a medical condition. I have sent them two emails days ago and no response whatsoever. This company has now cost me money. We have been to the moon and back and for some reason with there partner (RAIN) they are not able to resolve this. Yes, I'm ****sed!
