Lte not Working
Hi

I have called Afrihost 15 times with the same issue, my Afrihost data card is not enabled for LTE. After the 15th time a call center agents informs me my DEVICE is faulty, so I dock up R3000 for a dlink product. WOW still no LTE signal and wait MTN card receives LTE signal. My monthly account with Afrihost is R5k per month. Thanks Gian but you have established an useless company. Who informs customers due to their weak financial position they cannot afford the growth in the network and even ADSL service has been affected. Afrihost was good

14 Sept 2015, 16:43Hello sakkiebaas,
Unfortunately we haven't been able to get hold of you today to discuss the above query.
We have however taken a look at the Support tickets and notes on the account - a provision has already been sent through to MTN for LTE, this was confirmed via our Support team over the weekend.
If you are still unable to use LTE on your SIM/ device please drop us a mail on *** so we can run through some options with you.
Regards
The Afrihost team
