Afrihost has amazing customer service, via chat or call.

All i was hoping for was to get my sevice up and running, after 2 days without any internet since Vumatels fibre maintenance. My disappointment stems from being told that the D-Link router has been known to be faulty since 2020. I got mine from Afrihost in April 2020. No technician, warranty has expired! Why was I not informed while under warranty? Now I have to shell out R999 up front, for a new router. I can't just buy any router as there is only 1 compatible router for Afrihost! 😞 Sorry for the inconvenience, not sorry
