Loyal customer to a Disloyal company

Have not had fixed wireless LTE at my house for 3 weeks. Despite the numerous occassions I contacted their technical support. We trouble shot the problem with them but they couldnt win and changed my sim card. New simcard still no solution. They said they would escalate the matter but that was the last time I heard from them.

I called, 20 minutes later, I still received no help. At this point I had cancelled my package and cordially asked that they refund me. They flat out refused to do this. Despite the fact that I still had 80 GB of 100 GB unused.

This is a company that is happy to take on new clients but will not bother itself with solving your problems once you're registered as their client. Their mantra is hustle new clients and **** existing clients.

If you need an ISP, don't make it Afrihost. I was their customer for over a year, until I needed them, and they were nowhere to be found, with my money ofcourse.
