Low speeds

I have a 500MB Download and 250 Upload but been having issues everyday for a month now, every time I reach out it's the same robotic responses... restart your router.... and then logging a ticket to Vumatel? I get 9 MB Download and Upload and some days 100 and if I am lucky the full 500.... I have a Cat6 cable to it's deffs not a cable issue.....

Quick to take money every month but slow to fix my issue...
