Lost all hope for this company

<p>I have been in contact with afrihost for the last month about my internet line. I know you guys do not have control but seriously how long does it take. I have logged numerous dsl faults but there is no feedback. I have sent alot of emails to support email but no response.</p> <p>I hope through this site at least I will get a response</p>
