Looking for Alternative to Afrihost

I have been with Afrihost for the past 3 years with all 5 of my companies. This month we skipped a payment and we are sorting it out now, but within 4 days Afrihost has shut down both receiving and send of emails on all companies, because payment goes through 1 company. We are also struggling to make the payment via Clientzone. Our bank account details are being declined.

This is really inconvenient for our business. We have been good customers to be getting such treatment. There may be months where payments are skipped for various reasons, but be our business partner. We will pay everything within days. Don't punish us by holding us ransom and cutting our communications and paralyzing our business because our payment is 4 days overdue.

It is time to start searching for an alternative ISP more sensitive to the needs of startups/SMMEs. Can anybody suggest a good ISP? Terry ***
