Longest wait ever for a fibre installation.

I have been waiting more than a month for fibre to be installed at my house. I am in the Capital city where you would expect it to take less than a week for such an installation. There has been no communication from Afrihost regarding the installation only that the order has been processed. I have tried calling the call centre more than 5 times and the hold is more than an hour just to get an unwanted automated response.
