Long time Customer says goodbye

I've been a client of Afrihost since 2014 and the service i have received the last day has been shockingly awful.

After trying to get your hosting "server" admins to fix a problem they caused I am still unable to get my website running as its a configuration error issue on your side !

After numerous calls to your hosting team speaking to Siya who did the best he could and speaking your Manager "Sheldon" who by the way was not very friendly at all I have really given up with your service.

My website was running fine up until yesterday at 3:30 when it wrote its last log on the server that i could see it was running 100% fine up until then.

I then did a reverse IP lookup on your server. https://dnslytics.com/reverse-ip/169.1.20.95

I picked a few random websites and all where giving the same error.

One of my other domain also mentioned in my ticket is on the same server and is also giving that error.

I am truly saddened by your support you guys use to be the best .... now your "team" doesn't care about its clients and would rather just do something else on a Friday.

P.S. I literally gave your team the way to fix it the error message is 100% the same. and still nothing.
