Long term customer over it!

Used to be my favourite ISP for years and years. Unfortunately now, if you need anything done beyond what their basic WhatsApp help line service providers can do, which is very little, you just get caught in this web of tickets bouncing between different agents with nobody able/willing to help and no way to escalate the matter
