Long process for vuma installation

I am very dissapointed in the way Vuma is handeling our request. No feedback at all.on any of the urgent escalations and the wait is way to long also because they are the operating fiber team in Blackheath. status of my order A***. The vuma order is VC-*** and also afrihost ticket number is REF:ISP -924068
