Locks LTE sim cards on a whim without warning

After years and years of paying Afrihost for my fixed LTE package they decided to lock it without warning because the "location changed". It's been in the same location ever since I got it. Nice one Afrihost giving your loyal long-time customers the middle finger. On this topic, can we just do away with "fixed" products already???
