Line speed and service

I installed fibre on 23 May, paying for a 20 meg line but only getting 10 meg. After email after email I get promised it will be sorted but still nothing after 3 weeks. Please do not consider afrihost as a service provider. Its been the worst service from a company I have experienced. Makes it worse is that managers wont phone you either!!
