Line Fault Still not Resolved

I reported a fault on my line where the sync is maintained, but the connection keeps dropping. This was done on the 4th of November 2015!<br> <br> After waiting about a week, a Telkom technician came to test the line and replaced some cables, but said that there was a fault between the box on my boundary and the main box in the street, and that someone would be sent to fix this.<br> <br> It's been nearly three weeks now since he was here and I still have the issue on my line and no one has been out to fix anything.<br> <br> I have been on the phone to Afrihost support so many times it's ridiculous, and every time I am told they will escalate it higher and someone will attend to it. I was also told that Telkom had been contacted and they would send someone out, but still nothing has happened.<br> <br> I am constantly told someone will get back to me and no one does that, and at one stage I asked for the details of my interaction on this fault to be sent to me so that I could institute complaints, but these have still not been provided.<br> <br> What do I have to do to get this issue resolved?<br> <br> If I don't get feedback and commitment to a resolution in a reasonable timeframe from now, I will take this further with the ISPA!
