Lies and non excistent service

Company is just after money have had nothing but bad products starting from adsl all the way up to LTE-A every time telling me the next package will be much better but in fact it gets worse 3 years of terrible products costing more and more money every time and then putting a 6 month lock in on their products just to make sure if you cancel you need to pay them R1000.00 for their pathetic product their sales agents promised and tested saying it will work 100% lies ! says ill get up to 30mbs download yet Ive never even seen 1mbs download the ping is suppose to be between 5 and 10 ms mine is 900 ms and they cant do nothing you have to pay R1000.00 cancel fee and R845.00 month fee to get rid of their useless product or keep paying R845.00 overpriced amount with arrogant support staff telling you that you lie.
