I am not someone who would actually write a review about bad service, but I don't want anyone to go through what I have gone through with Afrihost.

I canceled my order with them in November 2018 with the steps instructed by Blessing on their Whatsapp service. Was promised that my order will be depleted on 01/01/2019. On new years morning, I was woken up at 02:00 with a email from Afrihost that there is trouble with my cancelation, after explaining and making me sound like the stupid one. Again after hours of my time wasted, I was promised it will be fixed. January was good till I received an "You have a invoice" email from Afrihost at months end. Again I explained and asked why am I still receiving these emails. I was ignored by the Whatsapp helper and promised by Kabelo per email that all is sorted and that No MONEY WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM MY ACCOUNT.

Now at home, so happy for a peaceful Saturday and what message do I get??? R619 deducted from my account!!!!!

I am in a money tight situation and they are still taking my money.

AFRIHOST I DON'T RECOMMEND YOU TO ANYONE, EVER.
