Less than Abysmal Support and Service

Have finally had fibre installation performed at home on 24/05/2018(after box had to removed neighbor's property and properly installed on my own property. Since then, after having activated object number, i have not once been able to gain any form of internet connection. Every call since never resolving problem, with plenty agents claiming to have resolved issue but never able to provide any form of confirmation. Every phone call made is worse than gambling, as the odds of speaking to the proper department agent you selected on automated system is slim to none. However your chances are beyond incredibly high your call will be dropped after waiting on hold for less than 3-4min(without once having been put through to an actual person). Best part is trying to get hold of any service manager, is that there are apparently never any available when calling. The offer of support via Whatsapp is not remotely appreciated and felt more of a cheap trick of cutting your costs. Even more so the fact of no phone support on weekends. Please do attempt to blame an influx of support calls, as this was also stated by automated service upon sign up. If connectivity fault is not resolved before end of this week, Afrihost should than immediately send person uninstall/remove entire system and do not expect or attempt to charge in manner for any of so called services, as will result in legal escalation of matter.

Not to mention requesting callback via online client is no more than agents taunting a customer, by only waiting for phone to ring once or possible twice before cancelling call and sending sms, which states they had "tried calling but were unable to get hold of you" and will call back in an hour. Also checked data log via site, which somehow miraculously states being sent and received since 24/05/2018 yet i have no internet via any device i tried setting up(including directly via cable).
