Less than 5% of speed available.

Hi,

Please stay as far away as you can from Afrihost. I have been having issues with them from the past 3 months and they keep pushing to the fiber provider who said that there is nothing wrong on their side.

I had 2 tickets that have not been responded to in 10 days! Now when i logged in to check, all my tickets were deleted, there is nothing there.

My current line speed is running less than 5% of the speed that i pay for 4.59/ 100. This has been at around 20% for the last 3 months with high amounts of packet loss.

I will be requesting a refund from them as this is totally unacceptable service.

The once great Afrihost is no more.
