Lesego K Worst agent

Hi there, I am having connection issues with my router and I contacted Afri host via whatapp and I was connected to Lesego K and I must put on record that he\she is worst agent that I worked in my life, first I tell that I don't have connection he/she tell I need a pc and I explain that I don't have pc and I am told make a plan to borrow one , what kind of service is . Seeing that I not going to get any from the agent I request she/he close , without even trying to understand the issue the agent closes it with an attitude .... I am not even sure if this whatup comm is effective as there no recording whatsoever .. I am really disappointed with your customer experience is not on and agent like Lesego K are not needed ..
