Legendary Service

<p>So, I made a decision to move to afrihost capped ADSL 20mb from axxess 4mb Uncapped. At Axxess, my service was very bad. Reply on any open ticket took hours and even days. It was never quick or really professional. After I closed my line with Axxess they debitted my account again for line fees, but when I called them the guy I spoke to at accounts was beyond rude and said I cant get my money back, but later after a complaint here they gave me a credit note. That kept me from ever going back, I even moved my data plan to Afrihost for my mobile after that. Now I get swift replies on any ticket, have a telkom issue and Afrihost is on them all the time, and the service and replies I got was swift and professional. I must say, Afrihost has legendary service! Never seen it on any other ISP. It is not only 1 person with this service, I have spoken to so many of then and I was helped swiftly each time with the same level of service. They go the extra 2 miles to keep customers happy.</p>
