Left stranded during Lock-Down - Afrihost's Pathetic Service in Time of Need.

I have had the worst experience using Afrihost over the last 6 months. I tried to cancel my account with them in January after my internet speed dropped to below 0.2mbps on a 4mbps and never improved for 2 months worth of complaint logging . I tried to cancel my service with Afrihost and requested that my line be move back to Telkom (as Afrihost was managing it at the time). I was informed that this could only happen at the end of the month. At the beginning of February my Internet stopped as expected, however after phoning Telkom I discovered that the line was never canceled, only my data service at Afrihost. I was then forced to reactivate my Afrihost data for February and requested that my line be canceled in March. At the beginning of March my line was moved back to Telkom, however my data was still active with Afrihost. I was told that I cannot cancel my data for March, because payment was already processed. During the course of March I had my cousin, an IT specialist assist me who then discovered that I am being charged for a 2nd line that was incorrectly registered to my account, my Telkom number is 022 461 **** and the other line on my account is 022 416 ***. When I inquired about this with Afrihost I was informed that I have been paying for this line since May 2019. I immediately requested for the line to be cancelled, which then automatically cancelled my actual line with Telkom. The result of all this is that I do not have internet at my home during this time that we are required to work from home. This has cost me a lot more than just the months of paying for no service and the hours of my life lost talking to call centers.
