Leave afrihost and use Rain!!!

How they love to waste time.

Only been on their fibre for about 2 weeks and both weeks I have been waiting and waiting for them to help me. Sure the Consultant contact me, but they all ask me to do the same "reboot, Trace-the-line" etc. why can't you understand it does not work!!!!

I am so sick and tired of doing the same thing. In al honesty Afrihost is not the problem, their partnership with Openserve is and they should put more pressure on them to help their customer.

@Afrihost can you please just listen to your customer? If we say we need a technician to come out, it does not mean you can ask us again to take photos for the 100th time, reboot the box for the 100th time and do Tracing for the 100th time. Just listen to us for once!!!!

I am going back to rain and would recommend other clients do to.
