Late Delivery
I placed an order for a 8gig sim card on Monday from Afrihost. The pro rata payment went off on the 15th September and after calling them today (17/09) I was told the money had still not cleared on their side and they are unable to delivery the sim card. All I can say is thank goodness this is a month to month contract because I am going to be cancelling this even though I haven't yet received the product.

A debit order can take up to 5 working days to clear and we only process an order once payment has been received. In your case, payment was cleared on the 16th of September and you were contacted within 24 hours to set up a delivery date at which point you were unwilling to communicate any further with the courier company.
We believe that the right processes were followed regarding your order and your parcel will be delivered within an acceptable time frame as per the conditions of our website.
