Ladies Need there money

Guys, I am very disappointed that you have inconvenienced 2 of my family members when they wanted Fibre. The one has frogfoot and the other has Vumatel Aerial. On signing up there was nothing that stated that these providers are exempted from the R5000 discount. So when they informed about the invoice on the same day they signed up I chatted via whatsapp and they say they were charged. So I helped them cancel on the same day and you sent them emails to say it is cancelled. so low and behold you guys debited them both. Now I am hearing all kinds of things which I think is unfair. I am a big fan of your service and i have always been using it that is why I advised them to go with you guys. Please I am asking humbly can you return there money that you took at your soonest. I think its not fair that you guys are giving them the cold shoulder. These are ladies it is ladies month. Do the right thing.... Give them back there money.
