Lack of support

On Sunday my internet went out and it is now Tuesday night and I still don’t have internet. I have emailed Afrihost’s customer service 4 times and I have still received any response, feedback or even an acknowledgement of the 4 emails I sent to them. On the 1st of this month I was debited for the internet that I have no access to and my I had to spend additional money buy data so that I can have some for of internet connection. Afrihost has no idea of how service their customers and I am beginning to think that maybe they just don’t care or be bothered so long as they get their money.
