Lack of support

I can't believe a company that provides fibre internet can afford to have absolutely no support over the Easter weekend. Openserve seemed to be down in the honeydew area the whole weekend yet no updates or support from afrihost so we must just pay for a non existent service over the long weekend.. Pls guys you run a internet service which should be available 24/7
