Lack of support

My girlfriend currently received the modem from Afrihost with their new LTE offering. It has been 2 weeks now and there is still no connection. We have made multiple attempts to contact Afrihost support but the problem is yet to be resolved. It is either they are not capable of resolving the issue or are not interested in doing so.
