Lack of skilled support for Dedicated Hosting

I have a dedicated hosting package with Afrihost which serves it's purpose. The major problem though is how Afrihost have moved to cheap unskilled remote support in India etc. I used to deal with competent technicians. Since 2019 I've dealt with what feels like lifeless husks, poor English and very little common sense. So Afrihost if you ever read any of these please provide your Dedicated Hosting clients proper support, and not the garbage outsourced type.
