LACK OF SERVICE FROM AFRIHOST

I completed the necessary order on the afrihost website on 29 Aug 2018. I did not receive any feedback for 2 days, could not access the live chat or the client support. I e-mailed my query and received an e-mail from SibongaM at ***. The person confirmed that my order was logged and I would be contacted within 24 hours. I did not receive any further info or e-mail, I could not see my order on the Clientzone, etc. E-mailed SibongaM again on 3 Sept 2018, received an e-mail on 4 Sept 2018 requesting a copy of my ID. I am questioning the validity of the person and the actions. A friend of mine placed his order on line on the same day, 2 days later the order was delivered and not once was there a request for his ID.
