Lack of Service And Slow Internet speed.

I took LTE with Afrihost 2 months back and I have continuously complained about the internet speed which is below 6mbps I’ve sent WhatsApp messages and every time told its been escalated I’ve had to deal with Laurine T, Goodwin N, Themba K. Sibongile M, Joose B and none of the where able to resolve this matter for over 2 months. Am told to send speed test of which I’ve done so countless times. I’ve even asked that can someone call me to help resolve this manually and no one has called me. This is unaccepted below average service from Afrihost. I work from home and now had to buy Vodacom data to work because my internet service provider cannot provide the service am paying for. Latest ticket JWJ-***3 WAS IN contact with Sibongile M and Joose B as well as Goodwin N asked that a consultant call me back and nothing. I will need to take out my frustrations on social media and tag Afrihost.
