Lack of service

I’ve asked afrihost for all invoices since inception of account. I get an email saying it was sent ( why two mails is beyond me). There is no invoice so I ask for another. I get one invoice!!!! Really. Can you not read. I need ALL MY INVOICES! That being said ass a service provider they are on the ball
